Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Let me share a little information about myself, then the rest of this journey is all about you! I have worked in the counseling field for the past 16 years to present. My experience working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression and mood disorders is extensive. I also have a significant amount of experience working with adolescents and teenagers who experience various school stressors, physical stressors, self esteem concerns and relationship issues. For individuals working toward licensure in Pennsylvania, I provide clinical supervision services (visit my website for more information).
