You may find yourself feeling anxious, sad, or stressed more frequently than you'd prefer, and it might be tough to open up about it. Perhaps you’re feeling irritable, lashing out at others, or just need support in understanding something is happening and how to improve.
I specialize in anxiety/intrusive thoughts, grief/loss, bullying, relationships, women's health/menopause, family dynamics, dating violence, PTSD, & transitions. I am versed in school policy & can provide written documentation for school. Parent coaching, teens & family work can be provided individually or in a group setting.
Thoughts and emotions can weigh heavy. So I use humor, don't mind cursing, and encourage my clients to be comfortable during sessions. Doodle, knit, or even do your nails while we talk. I provide a non-judgmental, casual and comfortable atmosphere during sessions. I am currently offering telehealth only.
