I have the privilege to meet you, human to human, and witness just a small part of who you are in our time together. You are the expert of your own life and I am here to provide a compassionate and judgement free space where we can partner together to support your self-awareness, growth, and healing. I work with adult individuals only at this time, providing online video sessions.
My areas of practice are often informed by my own identities and life experiences. I especially welcome LGBTQIA+ folks, adoptees, college & graduate students, and those who are family building and experiencing infertility. My approach is integrative and empathetic, and is informed by a variety of therapeutic interventions and trauma informed practice.
