I aim to offer goal-oriented, open minded mental health support for those dealing with complex issues and stresses of all kinds.
Located in the heart of Pittsburgh, I offer telehealth sessions that are client-driven, conversational, and change-oriented. With a non-judgemental approach, I emphasize changing thought patterns and creating coping skills so that patients may to better manage the complex challenges that life brings.
As a Certified Sex Therapist and Sex Therapy Supervisor, as well as a Breast Cancer survivor, I operate from an empathetic and holistic perspective. I take integrity seriously as I walk with clients through their lives. I strive to demonstrate support, assistance, trust, safety and inclusion for all of those who are seeking guidance.
