We may look at patterns that have hindered you from achieving the success you desire in personal, family or work relationships. We will help you to find ways to change those patterns so that you are more comfortable with yourself and the choices that you make now. I specialize in eating disorders for adults. We will help you to understand what drives your disordered eating and keeps you maintaining unhealthy and painful behavior around food and body image. We will then work together to help you release the unhealthy behavior. I also have a specialty in Adult ADHD and can help you learn to to thrive with it.
I have been a member of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association for twenty years, and served on many different committees for both the Los Angeles County Psychological Association and the California Psychological Association. I am currently Chair of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association Foundation and am on the board of Imagine LA.
