I am a licensed psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges and trauma.
I provide a safe space for clients to freely explore all the different aspects of themselves, taking special care to embrace the difficult & sometimes shameful parts. I believe in forging a collaborative therapeutic relationship & draw heavily from psychodynamic theory, mindfulness practice & strength based models, treating clients as unique individuals.
I received my Master’s Degrees in Social Work and Public Health from Boston University. I completed postgraduate psychodynamic training at the W.A. White Institute.
