I work with individuals and couples who find themselves wanting to pursue positive change in their lives. The individuals I meet with seek counseling because they are overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, anxious, grieved and sometimes their symptoms relate back to a trauma history that's been left untreated. The couples I meet with may be seeking counsel in preparation for marriage. In addition I enjoy working with married couples who are committed to their relationship but may be struggling with any of the following: communication issues, conflict resolution, parenting, intimacy and many other concerns.
I have been working as a therapist for over 20 years addressing a variety of client needs but much of my time working with people who have a trauma history. I am educated in marriage and family therapy and am a Prepare and Enrich facilitator which gives me the ability to provide evidence based assessment and treatment for couples.
