My goal as a psychologist is to help clients overcome emotional challenges and get greater enjoyment out of life. As a therapist I aim to establish a comfortable and collaborative environment with strong rapport to support growth and change. Each person experiences their own unique challenges, and I believe that therapy must be tailored to meet those individual needs. I provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse group of clients.
Through use of cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and mindfulness techniques, I address relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, parenting issues, difficulties that stem from medical problems, and other life issues.
