I am an experienced, Licensed Mental Health Counselor skilled in working with clients of all ages in individual or family settings.
Together we will utilize Cognitive- Behavioral techniques so you can take those first small steps towards Our work is collaborative and geared towards learning new skills to better enhance your day to day activities. I also utilize play therapy techniques when working with those little ones who may not yet have the communication skills to express themselves.
In our work together, we can address issues related to anxiety and worry, fear in social situations, depression, school related fears and avoidance, grief and loss, parenting skills and support, obsessive compulsive disorder, anger, relationship conflicts and other struggles in which people may face in their day to day lives.
