Are you on a personal journey to heal from grief and trauma? I am someone to guide you through the chaos and help you encounter hope. I specialize in grief and loss, narcissistic abuse recovery, Bipolar disorder, adult children of alcoholics, and individuals with disabilities and those auto-immune disorders, and individuals who are domestic violence and cancer survivors. Unfortunately, I don't treat suicidal ideation or self-harm at this time.
You can either suffocate in fear or explode in passion. You decide. Your fear is important to center on the most important aspects—the need, direction, and the typical path. My approach to counseling is shaped by person-centered, relational, reality, depth, and trauma-informed theories.
