Overall wellness is what I focus on with my clients. This can mean so many things to each of us as individuals. Our mental and physical health need nurturing. In a nonjudgmental manner, I take a person-centered approach to sessions from the initial meeting, goal setting and throughout sessions thereafter. The relationship we will build will be the foundation of the work we do! I have been a licensed clinical social worker for 24 years working with clients of all ages. In the past few years, I have focused on trauma work, depression and anxiety disorders. I look forward to working with you as you set your wellness goals!
I have also been a clinical supervisor for social workers for over 20 years. I offer online therapy and supervision at this time. I provide individual sessions at a low cost and free group supervision sessions monthly as well. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about my services!
