I respect your decision to enter therapy. Clients often come to me with a sense that something is off and they would like things to be better. Sometimes a recent life change or event is more than a person wants to handle on their own or there is something to work through in a relationship.
Therapy is a partnership and the work begins with our first conversation. My training is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I engage with clients to help them know themselves, to grieve past losses and experiences, and to move forward more effectively in their current lives.
I provide a warm, attentive, and interactive psychotherapy style that aims to encourage self awareness, compassion, and new ways of relating to others.
