I believe my role in the therapeutic relationship is to empower and motivate clients toward change through self-awareness. My person-centered approach means that I meet the client where they are at and guide them to set goals that make the most sense for their needs and that utilize their strengths to reach their fullest potential.
I offer culturally competent, trauma-informed, person-centered, strength-based counseling to adolescents, adults and seniors. I can provide individual , couple and family counseling. Through my solution focused approach the client can develop coping skills to manage distress.
