NEW Group forming that will start in March. This is a process group for adults in their 20-30s interested in learning more about how they are perceived by others and improving their personal and professional relationships, professional growth, and identity. This is a high-functioning co-ed group for individuals with a capacity for self-reflection. The goal is to learn about one's own interpersonal behaviors and reactions in a safe and supportive environment, and to practice new ways of connecting with others. The group meets virtually.

This is a weekly online group for mental health professionals and trainees. It provides a safe and supportive environment for personal and professional exploration. The general objectives of the group are to understand oneself better, improve interpersonal skills, and enhance professional growth and identity.
