It is my privilege to join with people in seeking to understand the mysteries of confusion, grief, and pain, working together with my clients to build up strength, gain insight, and develop pathways toward emotional health.

I believe that clarity, strength, and healing are often found in the conversations and relationships that develop within the therapeutic space. Searching for insight with curiosity and a non-judgmental attitude opens up previously unnoticed thoughts, ideas, and patterns we have adopted, which then leads to experimentation in new ways of thinking and living.
