My areas of clinical expertise are working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. I also have extensive experience supporting folks navigating grief and loss.
I use Somatic Experiencing and Relational approaches in my work. My approach is promotes the mind-body connection, empowering my clients to live an embodied and fulfilled life.
