It is my sincere pleasure to join you in the therapeutic process of change. It is the unique alliance that forms in the therapeutic space that fuels authentic self-discovery, awareness, acceptance, and growth. By seeking counseling, individuals are activating resources that support wellbeing. Attention to wellness encourages us to attend to ourselves as a whole person: mind, body, and spirit. As a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor with over 20 years working alongside youth, I bring curiosity, compassion, and open-mindedness to invite clients to access their inner resources and resilience to lean into discomfort.

I offer clients evidence-based practices they can explore both in and outside of sessions which can potentially reduce the intensity and duration of symptoms of distress. Holistic interventions not only focus on the elimination of distress but also invite clients to recognize they carry within them the capacity to feel joy, warmth, gratitude, and love.

Strengthening our access to these positive emotions is as equally important as attending to our pain. In wellbeing, we are free to seek experiences, connection, contentment, satisfaction, fulfillment, joy, and optimism for the future.
