I utilize a combination of Interpersonal Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I help people understand lifelong patterns which now sabotage them and believe this perspective provides tremendous opportunity for meaningful change and growth. I am open-minded and tailor a strengths-based approach to the needs of each individual.
