I specialize in helping people of all ages navigate challenges and make changes in their relationships: the relationship with a spouse or partner, the relationship with children or parents, the relationships with extended family or friends, the relationship with loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, substances and most often, the relationship with oneself. For over 25 years I've had the privilege of helping people create a more meaningful life for themselves.
My approach is warm and empathetic, open and curious, collaborative and challenging. I am also the director for the Alliant International University Couple and Family Therapy clinic in Los Alamitos, where I supervise and educate therapists in training. I am passionate about the development and process of growth for the next generation of therapists.
