I work with couples and families who need help with change. After you have 'tried everything' but it still hasn't worked, come see me for a different approach to resolving problems that you face. I have worked in mental health for 18 years and LDS Family Services for 10 years, and now in private practice for the last 9 years. With my experience I can treat any marital problems you might be facing, and any major mental health problem or sexually addictive behavior problem. My motto is "Change for the Better" because I believe that therapy should help you make the changes in your life that make a difference.
I specialize in treating marital issues, as well as individual therapy for mental health concerns. I can help you to heal a troubled marriage from failed communication, inability to solve problems, bad habits, addiction, or even affairs. I also specialize in treating most mental illness and emotional disorders with a variety of active strategies.
With my brief strategic approach to therapy, you won't need endless therapy before you notice change. On average my clients notice significant change toward their treatment goals within 6-10 sessions, sometimes even within the first three sessions.
