My work as a therapist is to create a safe space where we can focus on what is important to you. You get to be the driver of your therapy and determine what direction we go. My background is in person centered therapy, and I am trained in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
