As a Trauma Informed Marriage and Family Therapist, my treatment focus is on improving relationships, building healthy attachment, and healing trauma. My methods include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and the Comprehensive Resource Model, which allow you to comfortably choose who you want to be, feel your emotions, and safely heal from any past trauma
My aim in therapy is to meet you and to consider your concerns from your perspective. Whether you prefer a slower or a faster approach, we can go at your pace.
