I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor. My experience is with children ages 3-14 and adults who experience anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, abuse, trauma, grief, self-harm, and substance use. Through Strength-based therapy and Cognitive Behavior therapy, we will work to establish goals and strategies to achieve those goals.
The challenges of life come in many different forms. No matter the challenge, I believe all individuals can reach their goals with the appropriate support and guidance.
