I like to use a holistic approach to therapy, and may employ multiple modalities throughout our work together. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), among others, but truly believe that the real agent of change is the therapeutic relationship.
