I know therapy can be a little daunting, but I want you to know that your relationship doesn't have to be broken to get a little work done. I offer therapy in a very casual and warm style that focuses on building up your strengths and fostering effective communication in your relationship. My therapy room is open to people of any sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship structure and cultural background.
I offer emotionally-focused couple therapy, premarital therapy, and therapy for alternative relationship structures. My practice is non-religious and works to reconcile the ways we live our lives with the often judgmental messages from our dominant culture.
