As a psychotherapist who specializes in Addiction, Trauma and PTSD I understand that we avoid many memories from the past due to pain, fear, sadness, etc. However, these memories we avoid are the reason we are feeling stuck right now.
I can be your guide to help you identify feelings, triggers, and ultimately the root cause/memory that needs to be reprocessed. I offer different types of therapies like CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (Dialectical behavior therapy), and EMDR (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing).
