My goal is to help you meet your own goals. Working together we can create a better understanding of how to help you with any struggle you are currently trying to manage. Therapy is a great place to truly open up and allow yourself to reflect on what you want, and how you would like to improve upon the person you are at the moment. We will take our time to achieve any goal large or small. Therapy allows you to trust yourself on this journey and I will help as a judgement-free support system. I will give you tools to help yourself, and we will use various therapeutic techniques to overcome any obstacle.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I have worked with adoptive families and foster care families as well. I am also trained to work with athletes that are struggling with their sport, as well as the pressures in life surrounding their sport. I have helped my clients with anxiety, depression, adhd, etc.
I understand that starting therapy can seem overwhelming. That's why therapy is paced at our own discretion. It can be difficult to open up and talk about what is hurting us. That's why I am here. I want to help you start that journey towards self-fulfillment. I will use all my skills to create a space that allows you to express yourself freely.
