My name is Dalar Shahnazarian and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles. I’ve been practicing within the field for over 8 years in various mental health settings such as high schools, clinics, jails, and social services. I believe in helping everyone and reducing stigma that are held within culturally diverse communities. My focus has been on anxiety management and helping clients develop healthy coping skills, reduce stress, and prevent burnout.
I have worked with various age groups and backgrounds, but my approach is best for adults who may be dealing with challenges of life-career, relationships, and other social pressures. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, and stress.
I work to help my clients navigate these transition periods and to build coping skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life. I also am bilingual and love working with the Armenian community.
