Creating trust and safety to allow clients to be as they are.
The work I do with clients is tailored to each client’s individual needs. However, I believe that exploring the client’s past experiences allows for a deeper understanding of patterns and establishes the foundation to set boundaries, increase self-confidence, and develop more self-compassion.
