In both my professional and personal journey, I have sought to learn how to find more peace, happiness, and fulfillment. As a therapist, my goal is to learn what that might look like for you, and explore how we get there. I want my clients to crave insight, and question "Why are things the way they are?" I work best with clients who are willing to consider alternative perspectives, experiment with change, and remains persistent despite obstacles or failures.
I know it's not always that simple. Emotional and mental health are very nuanced, and enigmatic at times. I hope to illuminate new angles to your circumstances, to expand your field of view, and consider new possibilities. My style is adaptive and dynamic; as a therapist I play multiple roles as a listener, student, inquirer, ally, cheerleader, and friend.
I consider myself open-minded and compassionate. I aspire to cultivate a dialogue where we can talk about anything.
