As your therapist I'm here to help aid you through your journey of healing, while helping you to access and gain more strengths to meet your goals. I don't believe therapy should be treated with a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I take the time to listen and understand the uniqueness of your personal experiences. As a therapist I take a person-centered approach and meet you where you are.
My Name is DaiDra. I'm an LPC with over 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I graduated with my MA in Clinical Mental Health from Geneva College. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss. I have specialized training in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused therapy.
I'm a therapist who will provide a safe, judge-free space where you will be heard. I look forward to working with you on your journey of self-exploration and healing. I'm available for in-person services in our Squirrel Hill office or via telehealth.
