Hello! I am Dr. Dagmar E. Nunez, Psy. D. With 15 years of experience, I’m here to offer support and understanding through life’s ups and downs. I specialize in psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief. My approach is about creating a safe and compassionate space where we can work together to help you feel better and overcome challenges. I use mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral strategies, along with a holistic view that considers your brain, mind, body, and spirit. (Telehealth only).
I also conduct psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for personality disorders, attention problems (ADHD), memory, dementia, autism, school/college accommodations (16+). Evaluations offered in Spanish and English.
