I find value in collaborating with individuals to reach their self actualization and I believe in person-centered therapy and strength-based therapy to help individuals work towards their mental health stability and well-being.
My specialties include art therapy and trauma informed counseling. Art therapy can be a powerful technique for individuals to gain deeper understandings about their emotions and thoughts. Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based approach to help overcome trauma related difficulties.
