Through a faith-based perspective, we'll work to together to navigate the challenges that you are currently facing and find solutions and strategies that will empower you to face anything that comes your way.
I will tailor your sessions to your specific needs which might include teaching ways to better manage your stress and/or emotions, improve interpersonal relationships skills, overcome trauma, and build new thinking and behavior skills in order to overcome depression, anxiety, and panic symptoms.
