I am committed to understanding the source of your problems so that we can find effective long-term solutions. Within this in-depth approach, I use tools from cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal psychodynamic and mindfulness practices, as well as EMDR.
I have extensive post doctoral advanced psychotherapy training and have been active in training & educating therapists.
