I work with teens and adults who are struggling. Perhaps you have noticed that your teen is struggling with their friends or having difficulties in school. You have been managing to the best of your ability, but I am here to help you gain more tools, insight, and create new paths for resilience. I use a variety of approaches to help my client depending on their age and their symptoms.
