I draw from several evidence-based approaches tailored to client’s needs such as person centered, motivational interviewing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. I bring 15 years clinical experience in a hospital setting where I specialized in mental health management, addiction recovery and trauma in the family.
I am passionate about walking alongside my clients as they enhance self-esteem, focus on goals and improve connections with others. This is a second career for me. I bring valuable life experience and perspective to my counseling skills. I am a cancer survivor and enjoy an active life. I am available for virtual sessions.
