I enjoy working with individuals and families to help you achieve your goals.
My therapeutic style is collaborative; I believe one approach does not work for everyone. I am informed by systems and psychodynamic theories and have experience with CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Brief Strategic Family Therapy. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, highly sensitive people, neurodiversity and substance use.
I feel that the relationship and the trust between a therapist and client are essential for positive outcomes in therapy.
