I specialize in individuals who have challenges around anxiety, depression and trauma. I help you break down the feelings of overwhelm, into a strength-based understanding of your patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and how these patterns affect the outcomes in your life. I use art therapy as an additional tool to support client's insight.
