I am passionate about helping others improve their lives and believe all people can make progress and experience real change. I will offer feedback and help with direction as we discuss your needs/mental health. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) to name a few.
I have worked with clients with diverse needs including anxiety, depression, psychosis, trauma/PTSD, bipolar, & DID. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Reprocessing Desensitization (EMDR). I am currently taking client’s 18 and older.
My approach is direct, practical, and comes from a place of authenticity and genuineness. I offer compassion and non-judgemental understanding in order to help my clients build resilience, self worth, stability and real change.
