I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that provides individual, couples, and family therapy. I graduated from Argosy University with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, and Marriage and Family Therapy in 2014. I have spent my time as a therapist providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to gain perspective on their lives, strengthen relationships with others and advocate for themselves. I have worked with a diverse population providing individual, couples, and family therapy in different settings.
I have clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, crisis intervention, structured outpatient programs, and non-profits. I strongly believe that our thoughts directly impact our mood and actions, but understand that trauma and adverse experiences of childhood have an impact beyond the cognitive.
