I work closely with adults, adolescents, children, and families who wish to change something that is not working for them. I provide effective treatment for anxiety, depression, mood management, behavioral issues, grief/loss, and career coaching.
I practice using an eclectic mix of therapies dependent on your needs. I am interested in helping you find your strengths and giving you a tool set for effective, but realistic treatment options. All of your input is important and valued.

Sing Your Song
Sing Your Song is a group that will process issues together as well as each individual learning a song that is close to their heart. This is done in conjunction with another therapist; one leads the entire group, while I teach the song to the individual. Look for the video on You Tube!
