Hi, I'm Cindy! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Northeast Florida, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults (18+); specializing in helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression; using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Client-Centered approaches to help clients make progress and start feeling better. I am passionate about helping people who "feel stuck, get unstuck". I work with adults (18+) struggling with some of today's most common problems, such as stress, anxiety, depression, aging, boundary setting and managing difficult relationships.
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use researched-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Client-Centered, working collaboratively with clients to identify goals and the interventions needed to get there.
I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for adults who are often struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship issues. I work with clients to help build skills that allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life.
