Welcome, I'm delighted that you've embarked on this journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing. I would be honored to provide you with a safe space to work towards your healing and transformation. As a Latinx therapist, I am passionate about serving the Spanish-speaking community and helping to lessen the stigma of accessing mental health services. I am equally as passionate about working with children, teens, and their families so that they may overcome any challenges they are facing. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families using a variety of evidence-based methods that are tailored to you.
My priority is to create a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and nurturing environment rooted in acceptance and trust where you can embrace your strengths and achieve your goals. The therapeutic modalities I use most frequently are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment Based Therapy.
