Most of us face struggles at some point in our lives and these struggles may include stress at work, difficulty with a relationship, or family problems. Struggles may include emotional symptoms such as depression or anxiety, behavioral problems such as having difficulty throwing useless items away or even drinking alcohol too often, and/or cognitive symptoms such as repetitive upsetting thoughts or uncontrolled worry to name a few. Sometimes, life's struggles can be eased by talking with a supportive friend/family member, but when this doesn't resolve the issue, it makes sense to seek a qualified therapist like myself.
I specialize in helping individuals, children, & families w/ stress/anxiety, PTSD grief, trauma, anger management, abuse, eating disorders, behavioral problems (ADD/ADHD, ODD) etc. through creative means so that they can maximize their potential for healing and wholeness. My unique approach builds a therapeutic relational partnership specific to your needs.
