My job is to show you how to access the necessary tools to do so, equip you to use them, and encourage you towards growth and healing. Therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to offer a safe, secure, and compassionate space to meet you where you are at and allow you to move forward.
I draw from experience in treating clients at both residential and outpatient levels of care using Attachment-based & Somatic Trauma approaches, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), IFS informed, drama therapy, and other expressive-based interventions. I also offer Neurofeedback brain training services.
