I have a passion for helping others find the best version of themselves. I want to help you find joy during the ups and downs in life. I meet clients where they are at and build upon strengths. I use a solution focused, trauma-based approach in therapy. I prefer to focus on what is right with someone, rather than what is wrong. I have been practicing therapy since 2010 and would love to work together to help you learn about yourself, process good and bad experiences, and help you find your path to happiness during any transition you may be going through. I will provide a safe, confidential space for you to express yourself.
You will help guide the therapeutic experience. Examples of what we will use are art and music therapy, mindfulness training, and interactive talk therapy using a variety of therapeutic approaches. You will learn new ways to cope with stress and manage your emotions. We will also process trauma when you are ready; we start where you are now.
I am looking forward to meeting you either in person or virtually. It can be hard to take the first step toward healing, but you will be glad you did. We will provide a safe and confidential space for you to express your thoughts and feelings. We will work together to develop a treatment plan to meet your needs and goals.
