My practice specializes in marriage, couple, family work; along with grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self care as caretakers, divorce care, geriatrics, addictions, coping skills, and trauma/PTSD. I have had training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), as well as level 3 training in Gottman Method Couple Counseling.
Along with counseling, I have advanced training in mentoring as well as a consultant for dental practices. I was a dental hygienist for 42 years. My journey through life, experiences & education combine to give me a unique approach to counseling & consulting services.
