That is my approach to therapy. My aim is to teach my clients how to identify old, limiting beliefs that interfere with their relationships, their sense of purpose, and inner peace. Together, we can work on healing the unhealthy relationship you have with yourself if you are willing to shed that old identity to embrace one that is whole, genuine, and resilient.
My expertise is helping clients manage mood disorders (anxiety and depression), overcome their substance abuse and really anchor their recovery, and assisting with major life transitions (including dealing with a spouse or family member who struggles with chemical dependence, divorce, empty-nesters, grief and loss of life partners, career changes, etc).

You ARE a strong person; your life challenges, and your feelings, just seem stronger than you right now.
