So many of us struggle for years with anxiety, depression, loneliness, "scattered"-ness and difficulty finding and keeping good relationships. Good therapy helps people develop internal resources, gain trust in themselves, and clarify what really matters to them so they can build rich and rewarding lives. I use mindfulness, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, DBT skills, ACT, and CBT to help clients change old patterns, recover from painful past experiences, and build self-awareness, self-compassion, and resilience. I'm especially interested in helping clients resolve trauma and attachment issues and rewire the nervous system for better self-regulation.
